Benefits of Infrared Sauna - Easier on the lungs and eyes

Easier on the lungs and eyes

Intense dry heat of a traditional sauna use temperatures as high as 195 degrees fahrenheit which can be uncomfortable on the eyes and lungs and can overwhelm people who are more sensitive to heat.  However, a FAR Infrared Sauna set at between 100-130 degrees fahrenheit (Recommended temperature range for best results) will not cause the same dry heat within the Sauna unit therefore is a lot more comfortable and easier on the eyes, lungs and nasal passage.
